Southroyd Key Assessment Dates
2025/26 Statutory testing takes place in school in both Y1, for the children's "Phonics Test" and also in KS2 for the May SATs. It is important that children are in school during these key periods of statutory testing. To find out more about testing please ask your class teacher or call into the school reception.
2025-26 Assessment Dates
Key Stage 2 tests
The statutory key stage 2 tests are timetabled from Monday 11th May 2026 until Thursday 14th May 2026
Multiplication Tables check
Schools must administer the multiplication tables check within the 2-week period from Monday 1st June 2026
Phonics screening check
The phonics screening check for Year 1 children will take place week commencing Monday 8th June 2026.
2026-27 Assessment Dates
Key stage 2 tests
The statutory key stage 2 tests are timetabled from Monday 10 May to Thursday 13 May 2027.
Multiplication tables check
Schools must administer the multiplication tables check within the 2-week period from Monday 7 June 2027.
Phonics screening check
Schools must administer the phonics screening check within the 1-week period from Monday 14 June 2027.
