ANTI-BULLYING
If you want to talk to someone about bullying please call Mrs Kate Prior, Headteacher or Miss Megan Woad, one of our DSLs.
We take bullying really seriously at Southroyd and ensure that our children have the right language around recognising and dealing with bullying in school. We take part in an annual anti-bullying week as part of the national campaign, where we discuss many of the issues around bullying and also take time to update our child friendly Anti-Bullying posters, developed through class and school council..
Each year during Anti-Bullying Week, the children re-visit the key concepts of what bullying is and how it affects lives. The children talk through the child-friendly poster and share any additions, edits and improvements through school council. School Council recommended versions for both Ks1 and Ks2 (left and right)
